Kazanılmış non-Wilsonien hepatoserebral dejenerasyon kronik karaciğer hastalığı sonucu toksinlere maruz kalmakla oluşan enseralopati tablosudur. Klinik bulgular nonspesifik olmakla birlikte kraniyal MRI'da kendine özgü görüntülerle karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede akut gelişen ensefalopati tablosu ile gelen, 57 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Kraniyal MRI'ında bilateral globus palliduslarda Tide hiperintens, proton ve T2'de izohipointens lezyon izlenen hasta tartışılmıştır.

However, its clinical findings are non-specific. It has specific MRI findings. In this case report, a male, 57 years old patient come with acute encefalopathy symptoms is presented. The patient showing characteristic changes in bilateral globus pallidus on MRI scan, that is increased signal intensity in T1 weighted MRI and no signal change or decreased signal intensity in proton and T2 weighted MRI, is discussed.
