Anaesthesia practise with multiple rib fractures for non-thoracic surgery is important because of the possibility of perioperative complications in prone position. After the traffic accident the patient had been experienced vertebral dislocation, bilateral displaced rib fractures and hemo-pneumothorax, therefore bilateral tube thoracostomies placed. The tubes had been taken off at the fifth and the seventh day of insertion. At the twelfth day of the accident; the patient underwent an operation for vertebral surgery. We presented the anesthetic practise for the surgery of vertebral dislocation with posterior enstrumantation in the prone position.
