Pediatric colchicine poisoning followed in the intensive care unit: Case report

In this case, we aimed to present a one-year-old female patient who was brought to emergency service for following and treatment because of colchicum poisoning. The patient was taken to the intensive care unit (ICU) for follow-up and
treatment. She received symptomatic treatment in the ICU, and was transferred to the pediatric clinic service due to normalization of laboratory values on the sixth day.

Bu yazıda, kolşisin intoksikasyonu nedeniyle acile getirilen ve takip ve tedavi amacıyla yoğun bakım ünitesine yatırılan 1 yaşında kız hasta sunuldu. Yoğun bakım şartlarında semptomatik tedavi uygulanan hasta yatışının 6. gününde hemodinamik ve biyokimyasal parametrelerinin normale dönmesi üzerine pediatri kliniğine devredildi.
