Bezoar, insan midesinde biriken çeşitli maddelerden ibaret büyük kitlelere denir. Bildirilen vakaların %50'sinden fazlasını trikobezoarlar oluşturmakladır. Bu yazımızda, mide ve duodenumun birinci kısmını tam olarak dolduran ve mide lumeni şeklini alan, kısmi gastrik obstrüksiyon ve multipl atipik ülserlere neden olan bir trikobezoar olgumuzu ender görülmesi nedeniyle literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartıştık.

Bezoar is a mass which is composed of several different substances, collected in the stomach. More than 50% of the cases ate trichobezoar. Regarding the relevant literature in this paper we discussed a rare trichobezoar case, which has filled the stomach and the first part of duodenum completely and caused partial gastric obstruction and multiple atypical ulcers.

In this article we reported a case of Scleroderma with skin, lungs, heart and gastrointestinal system involvement, involvement of viscera being the more prominent manifestation. The patient is now in a better situation by the help of D-Penicilamine treatment.

Gingival overgrowth is a common feature of the use of phenytoin, cyclosporin, and nifedipine. Here, a case of amlodipine-induced gingival overgrowth is reported.
