Hastanemiz çocuk kliniğinde mezenter lenf nodu tübekülozu tanısıyla yatan iki olgu humoral immun cevaplar yönünden araştırıldı. İlk olguda ANA (+), anti DNA (-), RF (+), IgG yüksek, IgA ve IgM normal bulundu. İkinci olguda ise; ANA, Anti DNA ve RF(-), IgG ve IgA yüksek, IgM normal sınırlarda idi.

Two cases of mesenteric lymph node tuberculosis were investigaled for humoral immunity reactions. In the first patient ANA and RF were positive, Anti DNA was negative, IgA and IgM were in the normal range, IgG was elevated. In the second case; ANA, Anti DNA and RF were negative, IgG and IgA were elevated and IgM was in the normal range.

Nadir rastlanılan bir over tümörü olan Sertoli Leydig hücreli tümör, hastanemizde son 17 yıllık süre içinde iki olguda gözlendi. Olgu 1;Bayan C.T.,33 yaşında, 16 yıllık evli, 1985 yılında hastanemize müracaat etti. Primer amenore ve sol over tümörü ön tanılan ile yapılan laparotomide hastanın Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser sendromu olduğu ve sol overden kaynaklanmış 15 cm. çapında over tümörü olduğu saptandı. Piyes histopatolojisi "iyi differansiye Sertoli Leydig hücreli tümör" olan hasta halen takibimiz altındadır. Olgu 2: Bayan B.D., 22 yaşında, bekar, 1992 yılında hastanemize müracaat etti. Pelvik kitle ve sekonder amenore tanılan ile yapılan laparotomide, sol overden kaynaklanmış 20 cm çapında over tümörü saptandı. Piyes histopatolojisi "orta derecede diferansiye Sertoli Leydig hücreli tümör" olan hasta, halen takibimiz altındadır. Hiperandrojenizm bulguları göstermeyen olgular, literatür ışığında irdelendi.

Sertoli Leydig cell tumor, a rarely seen ovarian tumor, has been diagnosed in two patients in the last 17 years period at Zeynep Kamil Women's and Children Hospital. Case 1: C.T., 33 years old, 16 years married, admitted with primary amenorrhea and infertility. Findings attributed to Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome and a mass 15 cm. diameter originated from left ovary was observed in the explorative laparotomy. The patient with a histopathological diagnosis of well differantiated Serfoli Leydig cell tumor" is still under follow up. Case 2: B.D., 22 years old, unmarried, admitted with a pelvic mass and secondary amenorrhea in 1992. A mass 20 cm. diameter orginated from left ovary was found in the explorative laparotomy. Specimen diagnosed histopathologically as "intermediate differantiated Sertoli Leydig cell tumor". This patient is under follow up as well. No finding suggestive of hyperandrogenism was observed in these two cases. They were investigated under the lights of literature.

Altı aylık bir bebeğin paratestiküler bölgesindeki tümör nedeniyle yapılan orşiektomi piyesinde rastlantı olarak epidididiminde ektopik dokusu bulundu. Gonadlar ve adrenal bezin embriyolojik kökenlerinin aynı olması nedeniyle spermatik kordda heteropatik sürrenale rastlanabilmektedir. Nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulmuş ve klinik için önemi özetlenmiştir.

A six months old baby was operated for a mass in the paratesticular region. The mass was a paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma. In the orchiectomy material, a heterotopic adrenal was found in the epididim.Because there is no such coincidental finding of paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma and heterotopic adrenal in the literature the case is reported.

Periferik damar yaralanması olan bir olguda sentetik damar grefti uygulaması sunulmuş ve konu hakkındaki güncel bilgiler gözden geçirilmiştir. Sentetik greftlerin, otogreftler kadar güvenli bîr şekilde acil vakalarda kullanılabileceği hakkında bîr görüş birliği oluşmaktadır.

In this paper, we report a case with peripheral vascular injury which has been treated with synthetic vascular grafting and hereby we update the relevant literature. There is a common belief that synthetic vascular graft similar to autograft can be used safely in the emergency operations.
